Bienvenidos a Casa Monteflores! It’s less than a mile from Ocean Park beach and 7 minutes from SJU airport. Isla Verde, Condado, Distrito T-Mobile and Mall of San Juan are about 10 minutes away, and Old San Juan is 15-20 minutes. This 3,000 square foot condo has 4 bedrooms (3 with king beds), 4 full baths, a kitchen, dining and living room, and super fast WiFi & A/C throughout. The building is family-oriented with children and elderly residents living below, no parties or events permitted. The space Bedroom #1 has a king bed, ocean view, 43" TV, and private, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, ocean view, 86" TV, soundbar, and semi-private ensuite bathroom, accessed via a vestibule that is shared with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, ocean view, workspace/desk with 32" monitor, and semi-private ensuite bathroom, accessed via a vestibule that is shared with Bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 is a separate room with a city view and king bed. The bathroom is accessed from the hallway right outside the bedroom door. The fourth bathroom in the house is a full bathroom with shower, located adjacent to the kitchen. The fixed beds accommodate up to 8 guests, and two self-inflating queen air beds with sets of linens and pillows are available in the closet if flexible bedding options are needed. All beds are luxuriously appointed with duvets, high thread-count sheets and a double set of pillows. All the water in the house is filtered, pressure-boosted and heated with an in-line hot water heater. In the event of a power and/or water outage (sometimes happens in PR), a generator and water cistern system will keep everything in Casa Monteflores running smoothly. The fully stocked kitchen/breakfast room features modern stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, a convection oven, an induction cooktop, and double sink with garbage disposal. The cupboards are stocked with all the pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, glassware, and cutlery you’ll ever need, and an air fryer, Vitamix blender, Zojirushi rice cooker, and Keurig coffee maker round out the rest of the appliances. A full-size front-loading washer and dryer are also located nearby. The dining room has a great view of the city, and the living room has a large reclining sectional with TV and soundbar for movie nights. In between, a large breezy patio with a ceiling fan and a pair of lounge chairs is perfect for watching the southwestern sky fill with sunset colors as the lights of San Juan’s financial district, Hato Rey, come alive at night. Guest access The entire full-floor penthouse is available for guests, except for a small, locked storage room where supplies are kept. Other things to note There is a Nest doorbell camera at the entrance as well as a garage door camera in the garage for added security.
