Bienvenidos a Casa Monteflores! It’s a mile from Ocean Park beach and 7 minutes from SJU airport. Isla Verde, Condado, Distrito T-Mobile are about 10 minutes away, and Old San Juan is 15-20 minutes. This 3,000 sqft penthouse has 5 bedrooms (all king beds), 4 full baths, terrace, washer and dryer, and WiFi & A/C throughout the unit. 2 parking spots for compact cars are also available. The building is family-oriented with children and elderly residents below, no parties or events permitted. The space Five king bedrooms, each with its own name. Océano (Bedroom 1) is the ocean room. A wide window frames the turquoise Atlantic beyond the rooftops of Santurce, and the room has its own private en-suite bathroom and a 43-inch TV with Amazon Fire TV. The Marina Suite is two ocean-view rooms, Aquamarina and Celeste, that share a private bathroom inside the suite. Aquamarina (Bedroom 2) has a 86-inch TV, perfect for a movie night. Celeste (Bedroom 3) is the suite's coastal study with a widescreen workstation that makes it as good for a morning of remote work as for a slow afternoon. Laguna (Bedroom 4) is the quiet room, looking across the treetops of Santurce to the Condado skyline and its lagoon. Montaña (Bedroom 5) is the mountain study. Added in October 2026, it looks out to the peaks of El Yunque beyond the city lights, with a widescreen workstation set at the window. Laguna and Montaña share two full bathrooms: the hallway bathroom right outside Laguna's door, and a smaller full bathroom with a shower in the kitchen. Every room has a king bed made with white hotel linens and a folded stack of towels, polished marble-look floors, its own air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout and a generator backup that keeps the lights on through a power cut. The fixed beds accommodate up to 10 guests, and two self-inflating queen air beds with sets of linens and pillows are available in the closet if flexible bedding options are needed. All the water in the house is filtered, pressure-boosted and heated with an in-line hot water heater. In the event of a power and/or water outage (sometimes happens in PR), a generator and water cistern system will keep everything in Casa Monteflores running smoothly. The fully stocked kitchen/breakfast room features modern stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, a convection oven, an induction cooktop, and double sink with garbage disposal. The cupboards are stocked with all the pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, glassware, and cutlery you’ll ever need, and an air fryer, blender, rice cooker, and Keurig coffee maker round out the rest of the appliances. A full-size front-loading washer and dryer are also located nearby and available for use during your stay. The dining room has a great view of the city, and the living room has a large reclining sectional with TV and soundbar for movie nights. In between, a large breezy patio with a ceiling fan and a pair of lounge chairs is perfect for watching the southwestern sky fill with sunset colors as the lights of San Juan’s financial district, Hato Rey, come alive at night. Guest access The entire full-floor penthouse is available for guests, except for a small, locked storage room where supplies are kept. Other things to note There is a Nest doorbell camera at the entrance as well as a garage door camera in the garage for added security.
